Key Responsibilities
- Leading process engineering studies and technical assessments
- Supporting optioneering activities for wastewater treatment capacity increases
- Developing outline and concept designs for treatment plant upgrades
- Producing process calculations, mass balances, and technical reports
- Supporting feasibility studies, business cases, and project development activities
- Working closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams and clients
- Providing technical input into project planning and delivery strategies
- Reviewing and approving process engineering deliverables
- Supporting junior engineers and contributing to team development
Requirements
- Strong process engineering experience within the UK water sector
- Experience working on wastewater treatment and infrastructure projects
- Understanding of treatment processes, capacity assessments, and plant upgrades
- Experience supporting optioneering, feasibility, and outline design activities
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Chartered Engineer or working towards chartership preferred
- Degree qualified in Chemical, Process, or related Engineering discipline
