It has been such a journey – I started working in the overseas contract team and after a year moved on to becoming a Permanent recruitment consultant .
Then in just 3 years, I was promoted to Lead Consultant and then Head of Department.
I survived Economic and Industry downturns, maternity leave and a Pandemic .
For those who know me, I hope you will agree that I am extremely passionate /diligent and I am very committed to fill all of of my clients' vacancies – I will not rest until we find the perfect candidate.
With 15 years experience, having successfully recruited 600 permanent placements, my candidate / client network is stronger and valuable than ever. As the market has become more competitive we have evolved and improved our service – most recently we have delivered a number of successful headhunt assignments for niche, urgent and difficult positions for either Major Engineering companies as well as start-ups in the Renewable Hydrogen Energy Transition sector. In addition we have been retained to support and enhance inclusion / diversity assignments.
Kintec has been like a family to me that has allowed me to grow professionally and adapt to the ever changing market conditions .
