Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead Flowline Engineering – Oversee all aspects of rigid flowlines, spools, jumpers, and associated equipment from pre-project to execution.
- Technical Oversight – Ensure compliance with project specifications, international codes, and best practices throughout design, procurement, fabrication, installation, and pre-commissioning.
- Project Lifecycle Management – Review and approve engineering deliverables, participate in constructability reviews, and ensure fitness for purpose at every stage.
- Tender & Contract Support – Prepare technical packages, evaluate contractor bids, lead technical clarifications, and contribute to contract execution.
- HSE & Quality Leadership – Drive high safety and quality standards across all project phases, conducting risk assessments and compliance reviews.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration – Work closely with teams across SURF, SPS, and other packages to manage interfaces, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Testing & Qualification Supervision – Oversee testing (SWT, CDT, FAT, EFAT, SIT), installation preparation, and pre-commissioning, ensuring operational readiness.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting – Track contractor execution, identify risks, and provide timely reporting and solutions to technical challenges.
What You’ll Need:
- Master’s degree in engineering with expertise in rigid flowlines, spools, jumpers, and associated subsea structures.
- At least 15 years of experience in detailed engineering, procurement, fabrication, and installation of subsea flowlines.
- Minimum 10 years in large-scale offshore SURF projects in deepwater environments.
- Strong knowledge of industry codes (DNV) and familiarity with major operator specifications.
- Experience working with leading SURF contractors in project execution.
- Ability to work in a complex, multicultural environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in English.
