Job Title: Subsea Package Planning & Reporting Engineer

Contract Length: 1 Year (Annually Renewable Long-Term Assignment)
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 Hours a Day
Missions / Service Dimensions:
- Supervise, control, and coordinate Work Packages scheduling, planning, and progress measurement.
- Develop and maintain schedules at the Package level, analyze critical paths, and propose remedial actions.
- Ensure updated and accurate scheduling and progress measurement documentation.
- Report at the Package level (Weekly and Monthly Reports).
- Liaise with Package team leaders for scheduling and progress measurement activities.
- Maintain strict confidentiality during the tendering phase and throughout the project.
Activities:
- Demonstrate exemplary behavior regarding HSSE and implement HSSE rules within the UFR area.
- Develop, implement, and maintain procedures, tools, and means for efficient scheduling, progress control, and reporting.
- Define and update a suitable Work Breakdown Structure for progress control and reporting.
- Develop, update, and revise Package Schedules, providing analyses and simulations as needed.
- Comment on and challenge contractors' procedures and schedules, monitor execution schedules, and approve progress reports.
- Consolidate Local Content man-hours for the package.
- Define and update Package Weekly and Monthly Report structures.
- Supervise the development of detailed and accurate reports and participate in Project Monthly and Weekly Reports.
- Assist Package Management with scheduling, progress reporting, and general reporting.
- Report to the Package Control Lead, highlighting progress and concerns.
- Ensure confidentiality of all scheduling and progress measurement documentation.
- Gather lessons learned and provide feedback to other entities.
Context:
- The role is part of the execution phase of a major project in Suriname, involving the development of offshore discoveries in Block 58.
- The project aims to optimize reserves, schedule, costs, and GHG emissions while maintaining high technical quality and H3SE standards.
Qualifications:
- Engineer (or equivalent formal qualification) in a recognized Engineering discipline.
- 10-20 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry with similar large-scale projects.
- Knowledge of Primavera, scheduling, and progress measurement processes.
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural business environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
