Senior Process Analyst – Logistics & Transportation
Location: Hoboken, Antwerp, Belgium (Hybrid – up to 2 days remote per week)
Assignment Type: Initial 6-month contract, with potential for extension

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Process Analyst to join a global Purchasing & Transportation Excellence team. This role is key in optimising transportation processes and supporting a major system upgrade to SAP S/4HANA and SAP TM.
As part of a strategic transformation initiative, you will analyse, document, and improve business processes, working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and support change management.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse current business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement areas.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather process-related data and document workflows.
- Develop and maintain process blueprints, maps, and documentation.
- Ensure process improvements are aligned with industry best practices and technical solutions.
- Identify opportunities to standardise processes or manage change requests for technical solutions.
- Work closely with Operations, IT, Finance, and HR to implement process changes.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and drive process improvement initiatives.
- Conduct root cause analysis to resolve recurring process issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in transport and logistics.
- Develop expertise in enterprise architecture, interfaces, and system integration.
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics, or equivalent experience.
- Strong professional experience in transportation processes and systems.
- In-depth knowledge of global logistics and transportation workflows.
- Experience in business process mapping, documentation (BPMN 2.0), and process optimisation.
- 5+ years of experience in process design, optimisation, efficiency programs, and project management.
- SAP TM experience is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and process mapping software (e.g., MS Visio).
Desirable Skills & Certifications
- BPMN 2.0 certification is a plus.
- Strong structural thinking and ability to create clarity in complex projects.
- Excellent networking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work across cultures and manage cross-functional teams.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
