Job title: Senior PDMS Coordinator - WHP
Assignment type: Contract
Work location: Qatar/India/China (must be open to relocate in any of these locations, depending on project need)
Work schedule: Residential, 5 days per week
Estimated Start date: 01-JAN-2025
Estimated End date: 31-DEC-2026 (with possibility to extend)
Accountabilities:
- Ensure delivery of high-quality 3D model of facilities that is fit for purpose and can be procured, fabricated, transported, installed, and operated safely, meeting the requirements of Company standard, project basis of design, and SOR.
- Ensure assigned project tasks are well managed in accordance with the project execution plan and contractual requirements that includes
- Thorough, efficient, and timely review of 3D model and related documents to ensure it is performed at the targeted level of details according to the associated engineering phase.
- Assist in proper set up of AVEVA E3D and roll out (support during the deploy, consult on technical issues and configuration, database structure, working instructions, deliverables extraction)
- Conduct effective interface with MP AVEVA 3D Administrator in order to provide timely quality support to CPY Package Team and EPCIC Contractor.
- Assist to project studies and meeting as per project approved gate levels and design maturity
- Identifying potential risks and scope changes, conducting initial impact assessment to provide detailed information to Package Engineering Coordinator.
Qualifications:
- Associate's or bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant engineering discipline
- Proven 10 years or more knowledge of engineering, design, procurement or construction within a relevant industry (e.g. Oil & Gas, Energy or Marine industries) from either an owner-operator or an engineering contractor background.
- Proven 3 years or more experience of AVEVA 3D products or similar technologies
- Experience of execution of AVEVA applications through a detailed design phase of EPC projects is a plus.
- Knowledge of multiple AVEVA products would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Information Management practices for Capital Projects would be an advantage.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Language: fluent English,
- Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively (worldwide) to perform project tasks.
