Assignment Length: ASAP until 31 st of May 2025 with expectation of extension
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (7.5 hours a day)

Department: Metocean, Ecology & USV Solutions
As Measurement Engineer you will scope, procure, install and maintain our Measurement campaigns related to metocean and environmental data.
Based on internal customer´s requests, you'll design and execute the Metocean measurement campaigns, related to e.g Wind, Waves, Current, Sea bed conditions and Environment primarily for our operating assets but potentially also for upcoming wind farms or wind farms under construction.
You will interact heavily with internal stakeholders and experts in the windfarm engineering disciplines such as energy yield assessment, load assessments and foundation design all the way to our Environment & Permitting team.
Requirements:
- have extensive knowledge of Metocean measurements incl. key technologies, such as wave buoys or radars, current profilers by ADCPs, as well as floating or ground-based LiDARs, with biodiversity knowledge being a bonus
- have relevant formal education or work experience and is in possession of a can-do attitude
- Has valid GWO or is able to obtain relevant offshore certificates
- are used to interacting with contractors and are familiar with the procurement process and negotiations
- have a good knowledge when it comes to data and possess a basic knowledge of IT
- are preferably acquainted with the full life cycle of offshore wind farms incl. experience with managing contractors
- Driver´s license for normal car
- Is able to travel globally to install, maintain or disassemble measurement equipment.
- PPE needed to go offshore on Client sites; Helmet, high-vis clothing and safety boots.
