Job Title: RBI Engineer

Location: Saudi Arabia

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled RBI (Risk-Based Inspection) Engineer with extensive experience in refinery operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing risk-based inspection programs to ensure the integrity and reliability of refinery equipment and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement risk-based inspection (RBI) programs for refinery equipment and systems.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify critical equipment and prioritize inspection activities.
  • Analyze inspection data to determine equipment condition and predict potential failures.
  • Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to develop and execute inspection plans.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements for RBI.
  • Maintain detailed records of inspection findings, risk assessments, and corrective actions.
  • Provide technical support and guidance on RBI methodologies and best practices.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on RBI principles and techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk-based inspection within a refinery setting.
  • Strong knowledge of RBI methodologies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in using RBI software and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certification in relevant RBI standards (e.g., API 580/581) is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in a related field.
  • Experience with advanced inspection techniques and technologies.
