Job Title: Project Manager – Continuous Improvement & EHSS
Location: Stockholm, with regular business travel
Contract: Immediate start until the end of June (with potential extension)
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday

An innovative company at the forefront of sustainable industrial development is seeking a Project Manager – Continuous Improvement & EHSS to drive process optimisation and digital transformation within a large-scale, high-impact project. Key Responsibilities

Process Mapping & Optimisation

  • Assess and analyse current processes, identifying areas for improvement.

  • Develop optimised workflows to enhance efficiency, compliance, and stakeholder alignment.

  • Recommend and support the implementation of digital solutions to streamline operations.

Digital Tool Implementation

  • Lead the deployment of EHSS tools, ensuring they meet operational needs.

  • Work closely with developers to translate user requirements into system enhancements.

  • Oversee configuration, testing, and rollout of new digital solutions, ensuring smooth adoption through training and support.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

  • Engage with key stakeholders across various teams, including site operations and project support functions.

  • Align project initiatives with business needs, ensuring timely delivery and clear reporting.

  • Foster collaboration between departments to drive continuous improvement efforts.

Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

  • Track key performance indicators and use data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and quality, ensuring best practices are upheld.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience managing complex projects in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

  • Strong background in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Knowledge of EHSS processes is advantageous.

  • Experience in process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean is desirable.

  • Familiarity with software implementation and digital tool deployment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt on-site.

  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, or similar tools.

Education & Certifications

  • Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

  • Project management certifications are beneficial.
