Job Title: Project Manager – Continuous Improvement & EHSS
Location: Stockholm, with regular business travel
Contract: Immediate start until the end of June (with potential extension)

Key Responsibilities
Process Mapping & Optimisation

Assess and analyse current processes, identifying areas for improvement.

Develop optimised workflows to enhance efficiency, compliance, and stakeholder alignment.

Recommend and support the implementation of digital solutions to streamline operations.
Digital Tool Implementation

Lead the deployment of EHSS tools, ensuring they meet operational needs.

Work closely with developers to translate user requirements into system enhancements.

Oversee configuration, testing, and rollout of new digital solutions, ensuring smooth adoption through training and support.
Stakeholder Management & Communication

Engage with key stakeholders across various teams, including site operations and project support functions.

Align project initiatives with business needs, ensuring timely delivery and clear reporting.

Foster collaboration between departments to drive continuous improvement efforts.
Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

Track key performance indicators and use data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and quality, ensuring best practices are upheld.
Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience managing complex projects in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Strong background in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Knowledge of EHSS processes is advantageous.

Experience in process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean is desirable.

Familiarity with software implementation and digital tool deployment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt on-site.

Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, or similar tools.
Education & Certifications

Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

Project management certifications are beneficial.
