JOB TITLE: PROJECT CONTROL LEAD

CLIENT: Global Energy Operator 

LOCATION: Paris, France

ASSIGNMENT TYPE: Residential Contract Role

START DATE: ASAP

CONTRACT LENGTH: 12 Month Annual Renewable Contract

SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday/ 5 days a week/ 8 Hours a day

 

MISSION

The service holder is responsible for bringing assistance to the PACKAGE Manager, after contract(s) award, in the organization, management and control of the LNG Plant Package.

The service holder is responsible for all the activities relative to "services", in particular, in the following domains: Contract/Procurement, Budget and Cost Control, Scheduling and Progress Control, Reporting, Human resources and associated logistic, Methods and Organisation, Documentation Control, IT.

The service holder reports to the LNG Plant Package Manager but shall also respect directives - as approved by Project - given by Project Control Manager (functional link).

The service holder is also accountable for respecting H3SE rules and requirements and for ensuring their application within his scope of responsibility.

The service holder manages a team of several engineers/technicians, shall inform and motivate them adequately so that priorities are clear and directions for the performance of their duties are set to meet the objectives of the LNG Plant package and of Marsa LNG Bunkering Project.

 May participate to the development / maintenance of Project Management main control documents (project procedures, reporting, project planning, cost control reports, etc)

 The ability to transfer their know-how and "savoir-faire" to their Team

CONTEXT AND ENVIROMENT

The MARSA LNG BUNKERING project will develop in Oman a regional hub for LNG bunkering service to ultimately supply LNG as fuel to marine vessels. The feed gas will come from COMPANY's equity gas entitlement of Greater Barik field located in Block 10.- Operating support facilities.

 QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Professional Experience (years): 10/15 in Oil & Gas industry and major Onshore Projects / Fields

Experience in similar position (years): ± 5 in same or connected position.

Level / Diploma: Engineer, or Master Degree (required by the Omani Immigration)

Languages: English mandatory
