Procurement Administrator

Location: Lund, Sweden

Start: September 2025

Duration: 6 months (possible extension of up to 6 months)

About the Role

Our client's SPL division is seeking a proactive Procurement Administrator to join the Procurement Administration Group. This role supports procurement and logistics functions by ensuring efficient purchase order processing, data management, and reporting to maintain a smooth, cost-effective supply chain aligned with organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and monitor purchase orders
  • Respond to procurement-related inquiries internally and externally
  • Support the Group Leader Procurement Administration and Procurement Officers
  • Maintain procurement files and keep procurement module data and price lists updated
  • Assist with procurement-related reports and Requests for Quotations (RFQs)
  • Support data projects as required
  • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in procurement or administrative roles, preferably within a commercial or public procurement environment
  • University degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of procurement administrative processes and data management
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken); Swedish or other European languages are an advantage
  • Experience working in international settings is beneficial
  • Reliable, organized, flexible, and a true team player who enjoys administration and collaboration
