Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a high-performing planning team to ensure accountability, agility, and continuous improvement.

  • Oversee end-to-end planning and scheduling for complex operations involving hazardous materials under COMAH regulations.

  • Champion and implement change management initiatives to streamline logistics, improve systems, and enhance cross-functional supply chain performance.

  • Coordinate across engineering, HSE, procurement, and operations to ensure alignment between production schedules, compliance, and business needs.

  • Drive compliance with COMAH regulations, ensuring planning processes support a safety-first culture.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in planning and logistics within chemical, petrochemical, or hazardous environments.

  • Proven ability to lead change and implement process improvements across supply chain or logistics functions.

  • Strong working knowledge of planning systems such as SAP, Primavera, Maximo, or equivalent tools.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively under COMAH regulations and in high-pressure environments.
