Job Title: IT Support Analyst
Location: Westminster, London, UK
Contract: Initial 3-month assignment with potential for extension
Work Schedule: 5 days a week, 8 hours per day

The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Support Analyst to join a dynamic team in London. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with a passion for technology and problem-solving. You’ll be providing essential IT support, ensuring smooth operations across a corporate environment. From setting up workstations for new starters to troubleshooting IT infrastructure, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and improving digital device support.
Key Responsibilities

Provide support for Windows PCs, desk equipment, and meeting room technology

Assist with iPhone and iPad setup and troubleshooting

Manage and resolve equipment requests efficiently

Support Cisco meeting room systems and general office IT infrastructure

Work closely with teams to ensure seamless IT operations
Requirements
We’re looking for an IT support professional with a degree, relevant qualification, or at least three years of hands-on experience in a corporate IT environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in:

LAN infrastructure

iOS mobile platforms and devices
