Job Title: IT Support Analyst

Location: Westminster, London, UK

Contract: Initial 3-month assignment with potential for extension

Work Schedule: 5 days a week, 8 hours per day

IR35 Status: Inside IR35

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Support Analyst to join a dynamic team in London. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with a passion for technology and problem-solving. You’ll be providing essential IT support, ensuring smooth operations across a corporate environment. From setting up workstations for new starters to troubleshooting IT infrastructure, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and improving digital device support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support for Windows PCs, desk equipment, and meeting room technology

  • Assist with iPhone and iPad setup and troubleshooting

  • Manage and resolve equipment requests efficiently

  • Support Cisco meeting room systems and general office IT infrastructure

  • Work closely with teams to ensure seamless IT operations

Requirements

We’re looking for an IT support professional with a degree, relevant qualification, or at least three years of hands-on experience in a corporate IT environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in:

  • Windows 10/11

  • Microsoft 365

  • LAN infrastructure

  • iOS mobile platforms and devices

  • Windows printing and printer hardware

  • Meeting room IT systems
