Job Title: Inspection Supervisor

Location: Saudi Arabia

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Inspection Supervisor with a strong background in refinery operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing inspection activities to ensure the integrity, safety, and compliance of refinery equipment and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate inspection activities, including non-destructive testing (NDT) and visual inspections.
  • Develop and implement inspection plans and schedules for refinery equipment and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements for inspection processes.
  • Analyze inspection data to identify issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to address inspection findings and ensure timely repairs.
  • Maintain detailed records of inspections, findings, and corrective actions.
  • Provide technical support and guidance on inspection techniques and best practices.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on inspection procedures and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in inspection within a refinery setting.
  • Strong knowledge of inspection methods, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in using inspection tools and software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certification in relevant inspection standards (e.g., API, NACE) is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in a related field.
  • Experience with risk-based inspection (RBI) methodologies.
