Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Inspection Contract Administrator with a strong background in managing contracts within a refinery setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and administering inspection contracts to ensure compliance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer inspection contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
  • Coordinate with contractors and internal teams to schedule and oversee inspection activities.
  • Review and approve contractor invoices and ensure timely payments.
  • Maintain detailed records of contracts, inspections, and related documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Monitor contractor performance and address any issues or discrepancies.
  • Prepare and present reports on contract status and inspection outcomes to management.
  • Provide support and guidance on contract-related matters to internal teams and contractors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in contract administration within a refinery or industrial setting.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and industry standards.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using contract management software and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in a related field.
  • Certification in contract management (e.g., CPCM, CFCM).
  • Experience with risk-based inspection (RBI) methodologies.
