Offshore Risk Engineer – Remote (UK, France, Netherlands, Spain)

As an Offshore Risk Engineer, you will play a critical role in assessing and managing risks for major offshore projects across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct field-engineering visits and provide in-depth risk assessments.

Serve as the account engineer, leading loss prevention initiatives for clients.

Collaborate with underwriting teams to develop risk mitigation strategies.

Lead and contribute to various projects and initiatives aimed at improving risk management practices.

Engage with stakeholders to communicate risk findings and recommendations effectively.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Able to navigate complex technical discussions with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

Proven experience managing FPSO/FLNG projects from concept to construction.

Willingness to travel across Europe (approximately 80 days per year).
Preferred Skills

Business fluency in English.

Additional language skills in Spanish, Portuguese, or French are a plus.
